At Johanna Espinosa Creative Studio, we truly believe that regular attendance is essential for unlocking your child’s full creative potential. To keep our learning environment vibrant and engaging, we’ve established a few friendly guidelines regarding attendance:

• Absences: We kindly ask that each student aim to miss no more than one class per course. This helps maintain continuity       in their learning journey and fosters a supportive community among peers. Plus, it allows us to keep providing the best quality art materials within our monthly budget! 

• Excused Absences: We completely understand that life can be unpredictable! Absences will be excused if:
  • Your child is feeling unwell.
  • You have a prior agreement with the studio regarding the absence.

• Missed Classes: If a student misses more than one class, that additional absence will be counted as one attended
• and will be deducted from the class balance or course fees.

Makeup Class Availability:

• Missed Class: If your child misses a class, don’t worry! They can make it up by attending one of our scheduled makeup sessions.

• Timing: Please attend a makeup session within the same course period.

• Advance Notice: Please inform us in advance if you plan to attend a makeup session.

If you find yourself in a situation that requires an absence, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’re here to work together and support your child’s creative journey!
